Intro
(2, 3, 4)

Chorus
Ahh! Ahh!
Ooh, we come from the Lord and the atheists know
But they did not want what their conscience showed

They hammer at your God
Would drive worship from your land
They fight the Lord and sing with pride
"Tell hell that I am coming!"

Refrain
Always seething, threatening us
The Holy Ghost would teach them if they'd trust

Chorus
Ahh! Ahh!
Well, we come from the Lord and the atheists know
But they did not want what their conscience showed

Verse 2
They scoff and feel supreme
But Scripture tells the score
Of how thеy scoffed in times beforе
We all should know the Lord

Refrain
All these people testing God
Have always known down deep they just ignored

Verse 3
That attitude better stop
1:18 warns in Romans
But Jesus Christ can win them, babe
Despite of judgment looming

The song "Ignorant Song" by ApologetiX is a catchy and energetic track that addresses the skepticism and disbelief of atheists towards the existence of God. The lyrics highlight the constant battle between believers and non-believers, with the atheists ignoring the signs and messages that point to the presence of a higher power. Despite their defiance, the song emphasizes the power of faith and the potential for even the most skeptical individuals to find salvation in Jesus Christ. The chorus is a powerful declaration of the believers' conviction in their faith, contrasted with the ignorance and arrogance of those who refuse to acknowledge the truth. The upbeat tempo and infectious melody make this song an engaging and thought-provoking listen.

edit bio
ApologetiX (That Christian Parody Band), located in Pittsburgh, PA, was founded in 1992. In the song “We’re in a Parody Band”, ApologetiX refers to itself as a cross between “Weird Al” Yankovic and Billy Graham.

ApologetiX rewrites secular songs with Christian lyrics. They get their unusual name from the word “apologetics”, which means “the defense of the Christian faith.” It is based on the Greek word for defense, “apologia”. The word is used in 1 Peter 3:15, “But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer (defense or "apologia”) to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect…“ (NIV). Their logo, a triquetra, is an ancient symbol of the Holy Trinity.
