Release yourself to the unknown

intro
Go to him, and he’ll make everything alright for you
And sometimes you might be passing along by my house
And you might hear me talking to the master
And you might hear me speak

verse 1
Came out the bottom, made way to the top
Nowadays, i just feel like a prop
Stuck in this city, i’m checking my watch
Stuck in traffic, it came to a stop
Losing the ethic, can’t find me a job
Acting marvin like what’s going on
Four different women that’s hitting my phone
One got a man, but i’m scoring the goal
Feel it in bones
Got this pain, i been living alone
Cruising the web, i keep open the chrome
Most of this i just made off the dome
Making my round but i’m staying at home
Hit the bank, it ain’t vacant of o’s
Taking my rage out on placing the drum
In my brain, i been saying it’s us
I’ve been building my light like a truss
Hit the spot, i can’t help when i stunt
I been kicking my shit off and pushing the pedal
Like i’m riding off in the sun
I been holding on dearly to all my material
I think i’ve had me enough
I been sick of myself for a minute
I tend to get in and i feel like a god
In my mind about all that i see, i can’t feel no release
I’ve been stuck in a rut
Feel a way, so i get on the sub
Step on the cart and i feel on the buzz
Walk on the side, indulge in the club
Peeling off from the feeling of love
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge

chorus
I just came with some greed in my hand
I been thinking, deciding the plan
And this ice looking thinner than bitch i would fuck in a minute
This isn’t my jam
Can’t decide if it’s all in my brain
All in all, it’s just looking the same
Man i thought that my heaven could wait
What the fuck am i doing in here
I just came with that greed in my hand
I been thinking, deciding the plan
And this ice looking thinner, i’m walking a mile
This shit is just fucking insane
Can’t decide if it’s all in my brain
All in all, it’s just looking the same
Man i thought that my heaven could wait
What the fuck am i doing in here

verse 2
Came out the bottom, made way to the top
Nowadays, i just feel like a prop
Stuck in thos city, i’m checking my watch
Stuck in traffic, it came to a stop
Losing the ethic, can’t find me a job
Acting marvin like what’s going on
Four different women that’s hitting my phone
One got a man, but i’m scoring the goal
Yeah, and i’m missing my girl
Can’t believe i let go of my world
Seen a post, she got another man
I’mma blow up the whole fucking earth (like bang)
Tried to grow, this ain’t helping my case
Still a war in my pen and my brain
Took a year and still nothing has changed
Take my grief out to avenue a

chorus
I just came with some greed in my hand
I been thinking, deciding the plan
And this ice looking thinner than bitch i would fuck in a minute
This isn’t my jam (it’s true)
Can’t decide if it’s all in my brain
All in all, it’s just looking the same
Man i thought that my heaven could wait
What the fuck am i doing in here
I just came with that greed in my hand
I been thinking, deciding the plan

This shit is just fucking insane
Can’t decide if it’s all in my brain
All in all, it’s just looking the same
Man i thought that my heaven could wait
What the fuck am i doing in here

outro
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge
Yeah
Once you let them in
We’ll literally kill you (i’m lost without you)
I have to let you go
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge
Stuck in the waste, i’m feeling the sludge

Biography

edit bio
Blending the nuances of contemporary hip hop and popular music with sprinkles of indie influence, introspection, psychedelia, contemplation, and catharsis, Nine Seven Pta is the solo effort of Westchester, New York native of Justin Ciuzio, rapper, singer / songwriter and producer.

The alias “Nine Seven Pta” alludes to director Paul Thomas Anderson, a filmmaker Justin has looked up to since he first found his film “Boogie Nights”. Distracting himself from an immense state of depression feeling like there was no reason for his existence, he watched intricately at the utilization of style, cinematography, soundtrack, editing, and everything. The film made him realize that life would be worth living granted he was able to craft his vision, much alike Paul Thomas Anderson did in 1997. Justin claims that if his alias didn’t allude to such a monumental moment in his life, that none of this would feel right.

Nine Seven Pta is the accumulation of the sounds Justin grew up with, and how he channels them into a distinct sound that he hopes comes off as “one of a kind”. The sound of Nine Seven Pta is eclectic, yet cohesive. Whether he brings the listener through an omniscient self analysis of his state of being (channeling major influences such as Kid Cudi, Kanye West, and Frank Ocean while doing so), compares the notion of unrequited love to a flower no longer able to see the sun deterring it’s ability to blossom in melodies reminiscent of contemporary indie rock, or boasts wordplay and similes over soul samples, each track signifies that you have just entered into the mind of Justin.

The music of Nine Seven Pta conveys a sort of intimacy between the listener and the songwriter; with each song you listen to, you become more and more familiar with the person he is. And hopefully within those moments, you find yourself locked into Nine Seven Pta’s world.
