chorus: the kevin bennett
You better knuckle up yeah
I’ma tell you once, i ain’t telling you twice
You better knuckle up yeah
When i get to the punch you better get to the ice
You better knuckle up yeah
You better knuckle up
Better knuckle up yeah!
Take an uppercut
A left hook and a right
You better knuckle up yeah

verse 1: the kevin bennett
Yeah, you better knuckle up
Hit ‘em once, now he leaning like he sipping double cup
Put ‘em up, ya’lla call the doc ‘fore you call the bluff
I don’t ever come in second even though i’m not the one
(not the one)
Find out quick, i’m not with the lips when they moving
A kiss would be soothing but balling up a fist gonna do the
Trick
Try me, you truly choosing to trip
Take a cheap shot like there was uv blue in this ❲?❳
Then you go down, look at the referee down on the mat
He bout to go count, who be the corner man he needs some help
You better throw towel, talking the way you talking make your body going mobile
Turn this to a no bout, ‘cause i’m the one they know ‘bout
Catch a damaging beating
Man i have to wrap up my hands so i don’t crack ‘em to pieces
Hit him harder than what he thought and now he having amnesia
Five five-finger death punch keep a track of the bleeding, yeah
When my mic ties in
They think “man he pack a punch” like a prize fight win
And you may weather the storm with the lines i spit
But you ain’t forming the typa rhymes that i’ve written
Listen sonny i’m listing up on your top five
Fury that i got it make you cockeyed
No one going wilder with this packing i don’t box light
Like i’m paying extra for shipping
If you can’t deliver you’ll never be prime!

chorus: the kevin bennett
You better knuckle up yeah
I’ma tell you once, i ain’t telling you twice
You better knuckle up yeah
When i get to the punch you better get to the ice
You better knuckle up yeah
You better knuckle up
Better knuckle up yeah!
Take an uppercut
A left hook and a right
You better knuckle up yeah

verse 2: geno five
I dodge with finesse, show you how to move now
A boxer to a vet dawg, you get put down
No medicine, check his chin, might need replacement
Now respect my hit, aretha franklin
Acting fake you mad that i’m going up
See i beat him to the punch so you know what’s up
Any snake in the grass get the cobra clutch
Pacing 2 fast they been slowing up
Ain't nobody cold as us
Go with assumptions, ain’t know for discussion
You won’t catch me slippin’, i roll with them punches
Send him home running, ain’t known for the bunting
It’s big hits, switching to southpaw
This’ll hit different, you hit the ground hard
You like a ground ball, need to get lifted
There goes your mouth guard, check for teeth missing
We rendered them finished, pendulum going down swinging!
You could flex, you could flaunt, or relax with me
If they got what i want i’m a jack dempsey
The wrong one to run into the feel of my glove
Like jungle juice, a spiked punch, know ya time’s up
One cross could end it i could cross the line
Might blur your vision, i could cross your eyes
Right punch to the head and i could cross your mind
One to his chest, cross your heart, and hope to die

chorus: the kevin bennett
You better knuckle up yeah
I’ma tell you once, i ain’t telling you twice
You better knuckle up yeah
When i get to the punch you better get to the ice
You better knuckle up yeah
You better knuckle up
Better knuckle up yeah!
Take an uppercut
A left hook and a right
You better knuckle up yeah

Biography

edit bio
Kevin Bennett is an American Rapper, Singer, Producer, Songwriter, and Professional Wrestler based out of Buffalo, New York. Bennett always had a love for entertainment. He began creating music at the age of 7 with the influence of his older brothers’ peers who formed their own hip-hop group. As a wrestling fan, he was also intrigued by entrance theme songs and how they were larger than life. The blend of the two gave him a unique perspective and love for music.

He took it upon himself at a young age to research how to make beats and record vocals. As the years developed, he became more and more inclined in songwriting and audio engineering. He would then form a hip-hop trifecta in 2013 with the likes of Nicky Trakks and Johnny Mack and be called Evident Truth. They’ve headlined countless shows and opened for notable acts such as Three Six Mafia, Chris Webby, KYLE, and many more.

The group would then disperse in 2015 due to personal reasons and Bennett would begin his solo career as a music artist. Since then, he’s released a hand full of viral songs including the “Insane Pokémon Rap Song” and a series of Waluigi vs. Smash songs in collaboration with Mashed on YouTube.

Bennett takes pride in creating entire original projects himself. He has a wide variety of styles, from hard-hitting, in your face 808 bass lines to melodic, goosebump giving hooks and bridges. His Modern Alternative Hip-Hop style sets him apart from most music artists in the scene today.
