Nathan Hartono - Take Me Home

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/2020396
Verse 1 :
I've been looking for my ride back home
Waiting on this street that makes me feel alone
Distance that this instance brings to me
I can't wait to fall back to what I knows my own

Verse 2 :
Been in the cold for way too long
I'm unfamiliar with what feels like loneliness creeping
I need to get back, get back, to where I know I'm safe
I need to be somewhere, warm

Chorus :
Too far, from anywhere I go
Take me back, take me back home
These talking trees and glaring posts
Lay out my worst and all the ghosts
I need my blacks to turn blue
I need a different hue
I need love
I need you

Versе 3 :
I've been in the dark for quite awhilе
I'd hail a cab but its not my style to take the easy way out
I'll see this through
So when I'm with you, I'd recall what was bitter too

Bridge :
So take me back, take me back home
Take me back, take me back

Chorus :
Too far, from anywhere I go
Take me back, take me back home
These talking trees and glaring posts
Lay out my worst and all the ghosts
I need my blacks to turn blue
I need a different hue
I need love
I need you
