Intro
Yeah, let it ride
Yeah

Chorus
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Just know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Just know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Ugh

Verse 1: The Game
Celebrate my niggas that have made it out the hood, no cap
I took Westside, Compton with me round the world
And came back, straight facts, I stayed strapped
Wonder why I keep the curtains closed on the Maybach
Take that (Take that, take that, take that)
New Lambo truck came out, and I bought that bitch ASAP, know they hate that
I remember jumping fences, fucking bitches
Dumping clips, rolling blunts, trigger finger itching
Weed falling out the back, wooden trenches
Fell asleep on them project benches
I was young, hungry, dumb
Running Air Max 95's, popped the air bubble, get a new pair
Bandana hanging, hella gang banging
Helicopter got my niggas on the news, yeah
He got a stripe so we celebrating
Watching police chasers on the couch
Chopping up crack, getting hella faded
Made it to a QP from an ounce
Yeah, I weighed it out and gave it out
Yeah, we caved it out and sprayed it out
What, they staked us out and played the routes tough
Got raided out, we made it out
Time for a chaise tucked in my stash
I don't wear a belt, she stuck on my sag
Fifteen to Vegas, top off my rag
Straight outta Compton, I get to the bag

Chorus
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Just know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Just know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Ugh

Verse 2: Machine Gun Kelly
Ey, I had to write just for clarity
'Cause I don't feel nothing when my family die anymore, I don't cry anymore
Since 10 years old, that shit be scaring me
I wrote this weed up for therapy
Break down the chronic and douse it in kerosene
Talk to myself cause ain't nobody hearing me
Broke as fuck, this shit embarrassing
I had to get it myself, I ain't nobody's charity
And if I wasn't gonna be rapping, then bury me, this ain't no parody
Daughter on the way, I'm taking it seriously (Fuck)
Wind blowing bullet holes in the Cherokee
This ain't no conspiracy
I made it out, they hate me now, yeah
Puffin' trees to Puffy's house, yeah
I was just on auntie's couch, damn
Mitch's basement, bag of ounces there
Up the way, I'm in and out the spot
Loud pipes and bikes at 12 o'clock
Montclair, of course the block is hot
St. Clair, my thuggish, ruggish bones are far away from home
In Hollywood, like Home Alone
Macaulay Culkin, Rolling Stone
I shot the throne like Al Capone was on Patron
Machine guns live on and on

Chorus
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Just know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Yeah, we celebrating
Cherish every moment
Just know your time is coming
Yeah, you gotta own it
Ugh

Biography

edit bio
The Game, born Jayceon Terrell Taylor on November 29th, 1979 in Compton, California, had a rough start in life. Raised in a Crip-controlled neighborhood by parents involved in gang activities, his childhood was filled with violence and turmoil. Despite his upbringing, he found solace in music and hip-hop.

After surviving a near-death experience where he was shot multiple times, The Game decided to turn his life around and pursue a career in rap. Drawing inspiration from artists like Ice Cube, N.W.A., and Nas, he began rapping about his own experiences dealing drugs and living on the streets of Compton.

His talent caught the attention of Aftermath CEO Dr. Dre, who signed him to the label. The Game's debut album, The Documentary, released in 2005, propelled him to stardom and revived West Coast hip-hop in the mainstream.

Throughout his career, The Game has been involved in various feuds and controversies, most notably with fellow rapper 50 Cent. Despite the drama, he continued to release hit albums like Doctor's Advocate, L.A.X., and The R.E.D. Album, solidifying his status as a force in the rap game.

Known for his gritty lyrics and raw storytelling, The Game has remained true to his roots, representing California and paying homage to his upbringing in his music. With his final album, Born 2 Rap, released on his 40th birthday, he has left a lasting impact on the hip-hop industry as one of the driving forces behind West Coast rap.
