Abbey Lincoln - Let Up

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/582338
Verse 1
Let up
Let up
Let up
When will trouble let up?
This heartache is draggin' me down
Is where I'm bound

Verse 2
Hung up
Hung up
Hung up
Confused, I'm all hung up
Frustrations keep bringin' me down
Sendin' me round

Verse 3
Ease up
Ease up
Ease up
When will trouble ease up?
How much can a body abide?
Who's on my side?

Verse 4
Fed up
Fed up
Fed up, fed up, fed up
I'm sure 'nuff fed up
With all my troubles and woes
Nobody knows

Outro
Fed up
Nobody knows
Ease up
Hung up
Nobody knows

Let up
Let up
Let up
Nobody knows
Nobody knows
Nobody knows
