Aubrey Drake Graham, known professionally as Drake, was born on October 24, 1986, in Toronto, Canada. He is a multi-talented musician, rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and entrepreneur. Drake rose to fame as part of a new generation of rappers who gained popularity through internet mixtapes.

Drake released three mixtapes between 2006 and 2009, which caught the attention of Lil Wayne and led to him signing with Young Money Entertainment in 2009. He released his debut album, "Thank Me Later," in 2010, followed by his critically acclaimed album "Take Care" in 2011, which won him his first Grammy Award for Best Rap Album. His subsequent albums, including "Nothing Was The Same," "If You're Reading This It's Too Late," "Views," and "Scorpion," have all been commercial successes.
