The Otherness - No Token

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/688017
For the queen has spoken
And everything is broken
I could love that lie as my own, a-haha!

Yeah, is the window open?
My future is stolen
Helpless, truly mad and alone, a-haha!

Yeah, that doom gave no token
Man, she will be woken
To the psycho beat of a stone, a-haha!

Yeah, my stream is not frozen
In the life i’ve chosen
Come and see how love can be grown, a-haha!

Feel for the better, now
Think for the better, now
Dream for the better, now
And may you will not end up asking “how”

I am the pool of blue
You are the pool of blue
We are the pool of blue
They are the pool of blue

Biography

THE OTHERNESS is a rock band from the end of the world as most people don’t know it: La Patagonia, Argentina.
The boys have toured in the UK (a lot) and Europe (recently) and have an extraordinary response from both the audiences and rock press all over the region.
How? Why? First of all TUNES. Steve Lamacq himself recommends the group among the best new bands to follow on BBC 6 Music. The Otherness’ music is melodic and edgy, intense and meaningful and they PLAY their instruments. “Guitar music”, do you reckon that? This year the band is working on their debut album, entitled “LMIRL” (Let’s Meet In Real Life) and now we have a first taste of their sound through #AGITO -“A Glimpse Into The Otherness”, which is a 4 Track EP published by Motor Music Entertainment.
Throughout the experience of playing together, they have honed a very clear and proficient style of short, sweet and punchy tracks that usually don’t exceed three minutes.

“Watching The Otherness live you can see this – they are on the tightrope between The Beatles in Hamburg and the Ramones first album – that purity of vision and they are damned good at it.“ (John Robb, LTW)
"Authentic, quality, passionate rock, these guys really mean it.” (Chris Hawkins, BBC 6 Music)
“Among the most unique and exciting bands we’ve come across in ages.” (Rob Sayce, Rocksound)
