Koethe - Paranoia

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/761127
Verse 1
Cut away the cord
Pull away the curtain
I'm ready to show I knew
Simplify the source
Amplify the reasons
I'm ready to stage my truth

Pre-Chorus
And hide me somewhere underground
Fingerprints burned and blotted out
In time, I'll watch the world burn
They've alternative leanings when
They speak with secret meanings and
My secret's that I'm self assured

Chorus
This paranoia
This confidence
Megalomania
In vogue again
I'll self-destroy and know
You all will see
This paranoia
They're out for me
I'm paranoid

Verse 2
Follow what you like
Set the facts aside
And see just how far you go
Careful what you find
They don't need a reason
Just find that it's all control

Pre-Chorus
So hide me somewhere underground
Biases all assure it now
In time, I'll watch the world burn
They’ve alternative leanings when
I feel like I've been targeted
My secret's that I'm self confirmed

Chorus
This paranoia
This confidence
Megalomania
In vogue again
I'll self-destroy and know
You all will see
This paranoia
They're out for me
I'm paranoid

Bridge
Looking for the lesson in my little hat of tin
Speaking softly to the silence 'cause I know they're listening
They've got poison in the water
Now there's something in my blood
But I'm sure I've got solutions to the problems I thought up
And I'm the only one not crazy, I'm the only one who's sane
I'm the only one who sees things in their only true way
So I got it right, now I believe
I have come so far that I can't see
The sinking and the drowning in my own conspiracy

Refrain
I'm paranoid
Thinking paranoid, ooh-oh

Chorus
This paranoia
This confidence
Megalomania
In vogue again
I'll self-destroy and know
You all will see
This paranoia
They're out for me
I'm paranoid
They're out for me
I'm paranoid

Outro
One day you all will see
Why I'm paranoid
One day you all will see
Why I'm paranoid
