Yo

I Pull the pin from fragment grenade

Rockin Fragments while I nap in the shade

The Jordan 5s black metallic and suede

I drop heat like when Shaq was with Wade

The Nike Air on the back of the Jays

Black cements with the elephant print

I’m steppin in it

I’m Michigan dunks You grade school size 7 and 6

Been doin this before Travis had a SB

Cactus Jacks especially

Before Ice Cream had a Question G

Had the Gold Rail SBs in the gold box

The all white laces no holes in the toe box

The big orange swoosh on my Independent Blazers

Freshwater waves they was spinnin in the taper

Traded PS3 Blazers for Olympic 7s

Magic vs Bird In them Converse Weapons

Nike SB Skunk Dunks that's possession

In them bred patent leather Jordan levens

SAAD:

I had a dream I could buy my way to heaven
When I woke, the plug done hit me up with Bred 11 (Wake up)
I used to stare at screens wanting kicks in my possession
Fixed my profession just to keep fueling my obsession, huh (I want all)
I be the one with midst touch
Higher than higher ups
In the cut
Since like 09 in my twin dunks (clutch)
I’m comin clutch like Jordan back 89 (clutch)
And maximize getting mine in them grape five’s
I been at it way back when
Since tilted hat brims
Aviators shades and some black Tens
See that statement t was In past tense
Now its across the globe, break the mold in satins (you ain’t got these)
But try harder, tread water, run faster (what)
Bo knows best, and he didn’t need a masters (what)
Bo knows best, and he didn’t need an answer (what)
Bo knows less, about this life that I captured (pshh)
I’m coming at it like a raging bull
That’s why I do
What I do
With the crew
Cuz I’m paid In full
Against the grain and I break the rules
On my way to the top use these niggas as my stepping stool (watch out)
I’m about to call it like a nigga rollin 7
Crossin you up in them Reebok questions
It’s gettin hot but I don’t even feel the tension
In them bred patent leather Jordan 11s
In them bred patent leather Jordan 11s
In them bred patent leather Jordan 11s
In them bred patent leather Jordan 11s
In them bred patent leather Jordan 11s

Biography

edit bio
Semi Six is an MC from Detroit’s west side, a city overflowing in music and art, though this is not where his journey as a rapper would begin. From 2012 to 2104, he lived abroad in Malaysia and worked closely with the artists there such as Sony artist Sona One, opened up for DJ Whoo Kid and was one third of the rap group The BlackSmiths.
Returning back to his hometown in 2014, with a bravado style tone and lyrical wit, he and his high school friend Nolan The Ninja would do shows at venues in Detroit, sit in each other’s studio sessions and go digging for records often. In the midst of releasing his first project “The Coronation”, he collaborated with many local Detroit rappers and producers such as Ilajide, Pig Pen, Foul Mouth, and a slew of other Detroit artist. Nolan would soon feature Semi on his Left Of Center /Fat Beats 2016 released LP titled “He(Art)” on a bonus record called “Enigma”.
Picking up steam in the Detroit rap scene, Semi assisted by Nolan The Ninja, would make another self released project titled “Park Orange”, a 9 track EP filled with boom bap style head banging beats and masterful rhymes entirely produced by Clear Soul Forces member Ilajide. Semi and Ilajide, joined by features from E Fav, Nolan The Ninja and Layna Lavish, gained critical acclaim throughout the blog-sphere, and the EP was purchased and streamed from cities stretching as far as Sao Paulo, Osaka and to the far corners of Auckland New Zealand.
Born Jael McCreary, the 90’s and early 2000’s guided his tastes for music, approach and style as a boy growing up in Detroit. He prides himself on sharp lyricism and style, and has always saw himself apart of Hip Hop culture since his first time abroad in the early 2000’s, when his family opened a clothing store in Qatar specializing in throw back jerseys and other sports and urban apparel named after Detroit’s most famous venue and store, “The Hip Hop Shop”.
