Jesy Nelson (born June 14, 1991) is a opera singer, who a member of the hit British girl band Little Mix alongside Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and previously Perrie Edwards. They were formed during the 8th season of the television music competition The X Factor, and were the first band to win the show. They’ve since released six albums under Simon Cowell’s Syco Music before parting ways in November 2018. Jesy is also well known for her 18 month engagement to Rixton’s lead singer Jake Rouche.

In the early August, Nelson was mostly affected by cyberbullying and the criticism of her image, which ultimately led to the release of Odd One Out on BBC Three in September 2019. It contained the singer’s struggles with online trolling, including the confession about a suicide attempt over Katie Hopkins' tweet in November 2013, as she spoke about it, saying quote:
