Verse 1
God and Earrings, church and tattoos
The devil told me that the bible was bad news
So I rock my own shoes, that new age juice crew
Gen Y baby we on that future old school
Uh, sex money and dreams, all a nigga knows
And I'll become and expert as far as bitches go
Nice hobby ron jeremy with this hip hop shit
f*ck everybody
We on the club and the hoes start asking
Why my metacritic score makes me so handsome
But here's my opinion on other people's opinions:
Form your own opinion. f*ck other people's opinions
Cooking up that coke in my neon kitchen boy
And devón stay winning cuz he don't play with iiiiiit...
Yea...
And look at all these f*cks I give, I'm so generous

Chorus
East side, go ham
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans

Oh god
Too many emcees not enough fans
Left side, go ham
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans

Verse 2
You on that wonder what it feels to be defeated
When you stay going down in the path of the unbeaten
Money = Happiness, money = happiness
So take your bullshit freestyles and put a stamp on it
Send em to them record labels
Tell them you're a beast
Never had a show, but
You wanna fill the seats?
My g, my laziness is greater than your greatest ever
I pray for riches to put my mom in credit (?) heaven
I feel great, better yet I feel cursed
What's worse? Tell me where I'm from
The era of the (?) killa kam, rocks (?)
While you might get stabbed for that charizard nigga
Working 9-5 a victim of task force
Cuz justice is a luxury only rich can afford
So next time you spit bout smoking and wearing belts
Remember, you be indiferent just like everybody else, nigga

Chorus
East side, go ham
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans
Left side, go ham
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans
Too many emcees not enough fans

Devon Hendryx

Devon Hendryx, also known as "The Rockwood Escape Plan," was a rapper and producer who was active in the music scene from around 2007 to 2012. During this time, he released five albums and experimented heavily with different genres, showcasing his versatility and talent as an artist.

Hendryx's first release, "Dreamcast Summer Songs," came out in 2009 and was created in 2007. This instrumental album utilized a sound that would later become known as Vaporwave, setting the stage for his future musical endeavors.

As he continued to evolve as an artist, Hendryx began incorporating rapping and production into his work. He released two hip hop albums, "JOECHILLWORLD" and "The Rockwood Escape Plan," in 2011 and 2012, respectively. His experimental approach and blunt wordplay gained him a dedicated online fanbase and solidified his reputation as a boundary-pushing artist.

In addition to his albums, Hendryx also released a few EPs, including "LISA" with Enso Sinatra and "Heart Emoji," although these projects have since been deleted and are considered less popular compared to his full-length releases.

Hendryx's final album under his original moniker was "THE GHOST POP TAPE," which came out in 2013. This project saw him moving away from traditional rapping and instead exploring an ethereal, droned-out vapor-wave-esque R&B sound, with themes of suicide prevalent throughout the record.

Following the release of "THE GHOST POP TAPE," Hendryx made the decision to change his name to JPEGMAFIA and launched a new Bandcamp page under his new alias. This marked a new chapter in his musical career, as he continued to push boundaries and experiment with his sound under his new identity. Through his work as Devon Hendryx and later as JPEGMAFIA, he has left a lasting impact on the music industry and continues to be celebrated for his innovative approach to music.
