Verse 1
Taxi driver
Be my shrink for the hour
Leave the meter running
It's rush hour
So take the streets if you wanna
Just outrun the demons, could you?

Chorus
He said "God is greater"
I told him, "Don't doubt me"
"Boy, you need prayer"
I guess it couldn't hurt me
If it brings me to my knees, it's a bad religion, ah, oh

Verse 2
Taxi driver
I swear l've got three lives
Balanced on mv head like steak knives
I can't tell you the truth about my disguise
I can't trust no one

Chorus
You said "God is greater"
I told him, "Don't doubt me"
"Boy, you need prayer"
'Guess it couldn't hurt me, yeah
But if it brings me to my knees, it's a bad religion, oh
Outro
It's a, it's a bad religion
To be in love with someone
Who could never love you
I-I-I, only bad, way I do
Could have me feeling this way I do, huh
If they don't love the way you need
'em to
If they don't care the way you do
It's far away
But l've been there
And you say you don't lie
This way I-
Could have me feeling this way I do, this way I do

Frank Ocean

Frank Ocean, born Christopher Edwin Breaux on October 28, 1987, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a musician who has garnered a cult following with his enigmatic persona and unique approach to pop music. His stage name, Frank Ocean, was inspired by the original Ocean's 11 film, starring Frank Sinatra.

After Hurricane Katrina destroyed his recording studio in 2005, Ocean moved to Los Angeles and joined the hip hop collective Odd Future in 2009. He initially began his music career by ghostwriting tracks for artists like Justin Bieber and Beyoncé before deciding to pursue a solo career.

Ocean signed with Def Jam but self-released his mixtape "nostalgia, ULTRA." after the label refused to let him release his album. His next album, "Channel ORANGE," released in 2012, received critical and commercial success, earning him a Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album in 2013.

After a four-year hiatus, Ocean returned with his visual album "Endless" in 2016, followed by the release of "Blonde" two days later. "Blonde" was certified platinum in July 2018. Ocean also started a Beats One radio show called "blonded" where he debuts new music and remixes.

Frank Ocean's music is known for its future psychedelic soul sound and his ability to blend genres seamlessly. He draws inspiration from films, cars, and a variety of musical influences, including Stevie Wonder, Outkast, and The Smiths. Ocean is also known for his elusive nature, having done only 18 interviews in his career and rarely performing live.

Despite his reluctance to engage with the public, Frank Ocean has become a major influence in R&B and pop music, pushing boundaries and captivating audiences with his introspective lyrics and innovative sound.
