How do we ever know we’re ready? How do we ever tell the time? One hand pointing toward tomorrow One hand holding down the line
Oh no, fell again I don’t know where I am I think I’m losing my mind
Hard times to figure it out, figure it out I like to blame it on doubt, blame it on doubt I’m 18 and nauseous Sad, overly cautious I say that I’m fine But 18 is a hard time Oh oh ohh mmm Oh oh ohh
One month sitting in my bedroom Two months feels like I could die Lately, I’ve been feeling homesick Haven’t even caught my flight
Oh no, fell again I don’t think I can stand Can someonе hit the rewind? Hard times to figurе it out, figure it out I like to blame it on doubt, blame it on doubt I’m 18 and nauseous Sad, overly cautious I say that I’m fine But 18 is a hard time
If anyone says they know it all They’re showing off, they’re lying (they’re lying) If anyone says they’re happier, they’re not (they’re not) Been keeping a list of who I know Or else I would forget them (forget them) Can you guess how many friends I’ve got?
Hard times to figure it out, figure it out I like to blame it on my doubt I’m 18 and nauseous Sad, overly cautious I say that I’m fine
Hard times to figure it out, figure it out I like to blame it on doubt, blame it on doubt I’m 18 and nauseous Sad, overly cautious I say that I’m fine But 18 is a hard time Ooh, 18 is a hard time Ooh, 18 is a hard time
