Sid Severino - Better Than Alright

Chorus
You can't skip chapters in life
Embrace the challenge day & night
Play smart in every fight
And we'll gonna be alright
Someday I'm gonna shine bright
So grab your shades for your eyes
Don't blur my vision inside
Someday I'll be better than alright

Verse1
You see how my game is
I don't know how to tame this
Live life like it's timeless
Watch me fly to the highest
Know deep down in myself that I got this
I'm gonna show you more of this
Gotta show y'all that I'm that blessed
Yeah, gotta show you that I'm that blessed
First you don't care about me
But when you see I got something in me
Now you believe, huh? Now you believe, huh?
Here's to the life that's so grand, so grand
Coz I want it so bad, so bad
And I'm aiming on that, on that
And I'm bringing all my homies that got my back
Chorus
You can't skip chapters in life
Embrace the challenge day & night
Play smart in every fight
And we'll gonna be alright
Someday I'm gonna shine bright
So grab your shades for your eyes
Don't blur my vision inside
Someday I'll be better than alright

Verse2
Better to take a risk & make a platinum
Than being contented but having flat none
Put a hand on my chin
I'm a man, not machine
Think & take a little lean to get closer to my dreams
What I'm thinking
Put it on paper
And I'll record all these later
Call me a rapper/storyteller
Call me a poet who's a little more cooler
If life is just a game, then I know what I am
I'll play those keys & buttons until we jam
I always do my best so I don't fail on life's test
I hope you witness that I'll never digress
Don't sleep on me
Coz I don't, I just rest
Yeah. I don't, I just rest
Uh oh. This is going to be good
Yeah. This is going to be good
Chorus
You can't skip chapters in life
Embrace the challenge day & night
Play smart in every fight
And we'll gonna be alright
Someday I'm gonna shine bright
So grab your shades for your eyes
Don't blur my vision inside
Someday I'll be better than alright

Outro
I know someday I'm gonna shine bright
You think I'm falling but I'm taking my flight
Yeah yeah, I'll be better than
I'll be better than alright
Yeah yeah, I'll be better than
Yeah yeah, I'll be better than
Yeah yeah ooh woah woah oh
I'll be better than alright
