MAKSYM - The Hills in My Mind

In the room that's in my head there are posters on the walls
There are pictures and a printout of a goat
You would understand the reference if you listened to my favorite band
Or if you've even listened to my voice
There are cupboards but the shelves are empty
They used to be so full of thoughts and memories but
For the last few years
There's a tornado in the hills

Mind is such and advanced concept, everything here should be working
But the windows weren't closed for the night
Seems like wind took all the papers, all the documents are gone
There's a thunder, for a moment it gets bright

If you go inside the hurricane you can find
All the things that were once inside your mind
But now they're lost forever
And you're ashamed cause you've never felt better

For the last few years, there's been a hurricane in the hills
And you are far away from a single peaceful day
I hope those days go by
