Rico, born and raised in West Berlin with Vietnamese roots, discovered his passion for music at a young age. In 2010, he joined DePeKa Records, a label founded by Kontra K and Skinny Al, and made his debut on the EP "Ein Herz aus Chrom." Collaborating with Kontra K, Skinny Al, and Fatal, Rico released the collaborative albums "Ein Gauner kommt selten allein" 1 & 2.

After releasing his solo debut "Isso," Rico established himself in the underground music scene and continued to hunger for more success. His music ranges from hard-hitting beats and streetwise lyrics to memorable singing hooks, with a focus on his soulful and authentic vocals. Rico's lyrical content captivates listeners and stays in their minds long after the song ends.

Having shared the stage with Kontra K for years, Rico signed with Kontra K's new label, Tag1er Records. His first release with the label featured a collaboration with renowned German rapper Bausa on the track "Junkie," laying the groundwork for future projects. In June, Rico showcased his talent for catchy hooks once again on the song "Ohne Filter."

Rico's unique blend of musical styles and poignant lyrics has solidified his place in the German music scene, and he continues to push boundaries and evolve as an artist. With his unwavering dedication to his craft, Rico is poised for even greater success in the future.
