chorus: merlyn wood & matt champion
Give it to me, give it to me
Give it to me now, give it to me now
Give it to me now now
Give it to me, give it to me (give it to me now, now)
Give it to me, give it to me (give it to me now, now)
Give it to me, give it to me (give it to me now, now)
Give it to me now, give it to me now (give it to me now, now)
Give it to me now now (give it to me now, now)

I need a, i need a
I need a, i need a
I need a, i need a
I need a ❲?❳ !
I need a, i need a
I need a, i need a
I need a, i need a
I need a ❲?❳ !

verse 1: kevin abstract & merlyn wood
Sometimes i be mad that i ain't sexy
Sometimes i be shy to show my blessings
Poppin' like a carbonated beverage
The caps pop a nigga over ❲?❳
(ian you sexy)

verse 2: dom mclennon
Most times ❲?❳
You remember when i used to feel like
I don't understand me
Now we speakin' the same language
I don't listen like i can be
But i'm learning, but i'm learning, but i'm learning

verse 3: matt champion
Sometimes i feel like i'm way too sexy
Most of ❲?❳ in the desert
Min-min-minimize
❲?❳ talk to me directly
❲?❳ above me, acting like they all so lovely
Rec-rec-reckon now

They try to pin me down, they try to bind me
And they try to kill me like anna nicole
He'll switch up ❲?❳ clique up game and be like uh
Jake running the ?
They want to boot up my car
Pussy boy like booty call
Money quick like auctioneer
You need a neutral career
Look what we did in a year
Yeah, yeah, yeah!

bridge: joba
I'm lonesome and hopeless
But hopeful, but hopeful

verse 4: joba
What's a boy that do lost in the world try to find a balance?
Sippin' out his chalice with it's ❲?❳
Fluid like the potion, the pours when i get down some
Just trying to find a part in this sky where
The sun can shine down son
Jesus is lord i put that on god
What more do you want from me?
He's in the dark, he's just a child
They turn their backs on me
Never mind what it was
I see enemies, don't wants best for me
Best believe i'm lonesome

bridge: joba
But hopeful, but hopeful
I'm lonesome, but hopeful
But hopeful

verse 5: kevin abstract
Sometimes, it be so spot on it hurts
Like when auntie couldn't decide between going to work or church
I've been in my feelings on an island in the dirt
I feel like brothers lie just so my feelings don't get hurt
I said, "i'll try vacation, i'll try to run away"
I deleted facebook, i'll trade fame any day
For a quiet texas place and a barbecue plate
I'll switch my place if that's good for you, is that good for you?
Good for you?
Is that good for you?
Good for you?
Is that good for you?

outro: merlyn wood
Give it to me, give it to me
Give it to me now, give it to me now now
Give it to me, give it to me
Give it to me now, give it to me now now

Biography

edit bio
BROCKHAMPTON is an LA-based boyband that was originally formed in San Marcos, Texas in 2015. The group was founded by high school friends Ian “Kevin Abstract” Simpson and Ameer Vann, who initially formed a group called ALIVESINCEFOREVER in 2012. After releasing their debut EP, The ASF EP, in 2013, the group disbanded at the end of 2014 and rebranded themselves as BROCKHAMPTON.

The band consists of a diverse roster of creatives, including musicians, graphic designers, producers, and videographers, who come together to create a mix of content. Named after the street that Kevin Abstract grew up on in Corpus Christi, TX, BROCKHAMPTON was founded out of a desire for connection and friendship.

In 2015, BROCKHAMPTON gained recognition with the release of their song “Dirt” on A-Trak’s Fool’s Gold Records, marking a breakthrough moment in their career. The following year, they released their debut mixtape, ALL-AMERICAN TRASH, and in 2017, they gained popularity with the release of their debut album, SATURATION, followed by SATURATION II and SATURATION III later that year.

After signing with RCA Records in 2018, the band faced challenges with the dismissal of rapper Ameer Vann due to sexual assault allegations. Despite this setback, BROCKHAMPTON released their fourth album, iridescence, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart. The album marked the beginning of a new trilogy titled THE BEST YEARS OF OUR LIVES.

In 2019, BROCKHAMPTON released their fifth full-length record, GINGER, which showcased their versatility and creativity as a group. With a lineup that includes members such as Kevin Abstract, Matt Champion, Merlyn Wood, Dom McLennon, Russell “Joba” Boring, and more, BROCKHAMPTON continues to push boundaries and redefine the boyband genre with their unique sound and collaborative spirit.
