Tribes of Asaph - Cloudbreak
We traced the lines we knew
From the ground we grew somehow
Dragonflies are casting little shadows on the ground
Early winter's glow that we struggle to see
What’s a little pain in the light of eternity
They shed their wings and return to stardust
We'll fly in our skies when the earth turns tomorrow
From the clouds we would see the paths we have followed
A gathering of friends, weaving melodies
The city's skyline turning into a brighter shade of grey
We ride the tunnels to get beyond the river
Familiar faces greet us, oblivious to the shiver within us
We'll fly in our skies when the earth turns tomorrow
From the clouds we would see the paths we have followed
We'll fly in our skies when the earth turns tomorrow
From the clouds we would see the paths we have followed
It's cold inside and out from our window
We erased the lines we knew
From the ground we flew somehow
We'll fly in our skies when the earth turns tomorrow
From the clouds we would see the paths we have followed
We'll fly in our skies when the earth turns tomorrow
From the clouds we would see the paths we have followed
