Hailing from New Orleans, Louisiana, RIVR PERSN is a rapper inspired by experimental artists such as nascar aloe and 100 gecs, RIVR is an experimental rapper utilizing electronic vocals mixed with elements of screamo.

Apart of the STARLIGHT HEAVEN collective, RIVR experiments with many different genres, including hyperpop, trap metal, and plugg.
