Newgrounds Death Rugby - Cain Instinct

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/2062224
Try
Try not to say something wrong
Tell yourself it's not your fault
Turn back to see what you've done
And become a pillar of salt

Hallucinate my halo while I fashion one from wire and clay
Imagine my deserving exile though I can't help but stay

So learn how to hold your tongue
Turn your cries to whispered ones
Turn back to see what you've become
And find a smoking gun

Pray what you give is enough
You don't need to be hateful to be tough
Why are you incensed
Why does your face fall
Who are you against
Do you know me at all

Hold a knife to the neck of a lamb
And find a rock at the back of your head

Swallow the anger
Swallow the noise
Breathe from your stomach
And dilute your voice
Swallow the anger
Swallow the noise
Untether your anchor
And become what you avoid
The blood is on my hands
The blood is on my hands
The blood cries out from the soil
I am a restless wanderer on this earth
If you find me
And finally kill me
You will suffer
Sevenfold
Vengeance
