Ludwig Göransson - Glee

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/317932
Mr Radison (Taran Killam)
Glee
It's a feeling you get
When your brain finally lets
Your heart get in its pants

Glee
It’s like a drug that you use
That turns your pain into shoes
And your shoes into dance

Abed Nadir (Danny Pudi)
How's your piano still playing this song?

Mr Radison
Glee is the answer when questions are wrong
You'll understand if you just sing along
’Cause glee is the gift that you need

Abed
Glee
It's what I'll spread to my friends
Like a virus that sends
Them to a healthier place

Glee
I'll understand every scene
'Cause they'll sing what they mean
Instead of making a face

Mr Radison, Abed, both together
Families are closer when families are winning
Everything's cooler when cameras are spinning
Singing and dancing in unison-in-in-ing
Glee is the gift that we need

Abed
Glee!

Biography

edit bio
Ludwig Göransson is a Swedish composer, songwriter and record producer primarily known for his frequent collaborations with Donald Glover (aka Childish Gambino), handling most of the production of his projects since his 2010 mixtape Culdesac. He initially met Glover when they both worked on the Dan Harmon-run sitcom Community, which Glover was an actor in and Göransson composed music for.

In addition to his work for Community, Göransson has also composed scores for other popular sitcoms like New Girl and is a regular collaborator with famed director Ryan Coogler, having worked on all of his films to date, including the wildly successful Black Panther, which Genius covered as part of its “Deconstructed” series. The score went on to earn Göransson his first Academy Award nomination and win. He was also nominated for Record of the Year for his work on Childish Gambino’s “Redbone”, another song covered in Genius' “Deconstructed” series. He later won Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “This Is America”, in 2019.

By simply taking a look at his IMDb page, you can find plenty of composing credits on popular titles like The Mandalorian, Tenet, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Central Intelligence, Tropic Thunder, We’re the Millers, Creed, and Fruitivale Station.

With all this in consideration, Göransson is truly a master in both the fields of cinematic and popular music.
