Reuben Whetten - Right on Track

original text at lyrnow.com/595655
It’s been quite some time
Since I last saw you
I’ll tell you all about what’s new
We did online classes

I’m so glad I passed it
I saw you make funny faces on Zoom

Coz we’re stuck from corona
Like I don’t even know ya
Anymore
Like I used to before

And it’s getting crazy
Coz we’re all getting lazy
Eating lots of junk food
This is everyone’s new mood

And I owe it all
To something that made the world fall
When we all come back
We won’t be right on track

It won’t be normal
Some will stay careful
When we all come back
We won’t be right on track

Have you noticed
That the world's depending
All on technology?

Everything’s online
Depending on WiFi
You need the bar on number three

Now we’re all addicted
To our phones that affected
Us now
Now

And we’re getting smarter
Using jugs of water
As weights to lift
This is our quarantine gift

And I owe it all
To something that made the world fall
When we all come back
We won’t be right on track

It won’t be normal
Some will stay careful
When we all come back
We won’t be right on track
