It's a new-new me (Yeah), it's a new me
Ella ain't here for your problems
Left-right-left, keep on walkin'
Should've took care of your diamonds, oh
It's a new-new me (Yeah), it's a new me

Chorus: Ella Eyre
You need to change your story, babe
You need to change your, your, your, your
You need to change your story, babe

Ella Eyre

Combining neo-soul, pop, and R&B in one powerful, emphatic blend, British singer-songwriter Ella Eyre, born Ella McMahon, has been making recent waves with chart-impacting EDM hits and power anthems alike. Grown through the BRIT School system (like fellow artists Adele and Jessie J), Eyre first rose to prominence in 2012 via a feature on Bastille’s TLC/The xx mashup, titled “No Angels”. Mid-2013, she scored her first chart entry with up and coming drum and bass band Rudimental. Their collaboration, mammoth hit “Waiting All Night”, topped the UK Singles Chart and brought the artists a BRIT award for Single of the Year.

Now on the map, Eyre expanded her discography, featuring on tracks from both Naughty Boy and Tinie Tempah. Her first EP, Deeper, was released in late 2013 and her debut album, Feline, came a year and a half later. Ranging from Haddaway covers to breakup anthems to emotional questionnaires, the tracks on these works have pioneered Eyre’s sound and attracted a significant fanbase, dubbed “Eyreheads”.

Equipped with a raspy, honest voice combined with visceral emotion, Ella Eyre continues to gain further traction with the public eye and the music spectrum. One can only wonder what she will do next.
