Koethe - Haunt Me

Oh
Back at it again
I thought that we had played it out
I’m buying back in
So very macabre
To pray theres no god
But you know
I think that were a bit beyond
Cynical

And silver tongues
Blacken lungs
Did we get what we deserve
Just to watch it burn
Oh hallelujah
Are you cold
Is it over
When you still burn so alive?
Can you hold
What you’re after
From beyond the other side?
When you know
The end is close
Can you promise me you’ll haunt me like a ghost?
Will you haunt me like a ghost?

Oh
We’re in it again
A martyr or a messenger
A marionette
So very macabre
To pray theres no god
But you know
I think that were a bit beyond
Criminal criminal its so criminal

And go too far
In honest hearts
Till we get what we deserve
Just to watch it burn
Oh hallelujah
Are you cold
Is it over
When you still burn so alive?
Can you hold
What you’re after
From beyond the other side?
When you know
The end is close
Can you promise me you’ll haunt me like a ghost?
Will you haunt me like a ghost?

Hallelujah
It’s over
And you were so alive
Holding out
For an answer
From beyond the other side
When you know
The end is close
Will you promise me you’ll haunt me like a ghost?
Will you haunt me?
Will you haunt me like a ghost?
