Reuben Whetten - Just Country Enough

To Rate
I wear boots
'cause they’re good on feet
Walkin’ through mud
Or on the street

Driving trucks
In this town
Through the river
All around

Gold buckles
On my skin
Ain’t worth it
Just to win

Ooh, ooh

I’m just country enough, country enough
Country enough, country enough
Country enough, country enough
Dirt roads and rivers, trucks and mud, dirt roads and rivers, trucks and mud, dirt roads and rivers, trucks and mud

Ooh, ooh

We help our cattle
So we pray
Pasture’s green
And lakes of rain

I play guitar
While the others rope
I sing and play
And watch them throw

Ain’t got a mullet
Ain’t got a twang
Shoot a bullet
Through the dang can

Ooh, ooh

I’m just country enough, country enough
Country enough, country enough
Country enough, country enough
Dirt roads and rivers, trucks and mud, dirt roads and rivers, trucks and mud, dirt roads and rivers, trucks and mud

Ooh, ooh

Country enough, country enough, country enough
Country enough

I’m just country enough
