Ashton Nicole Casey, known professionally as Ashnikko, was born on February 19, 1996, in Oak Ridge, North Carolina. Growing up in a conservative environment, her early exposure to music was limited to country and occasional Slipknot records. However, her creative nature and rebellious spirit led her to explore new musical genres and eventually pursue a career in music.

At the age of thirteen, Ashnikko's parents moved to eastern Europe, where she spent most of her teen years.
