Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/1980580
Verse 1
America, how are ya?
I hope you're doin' fine
America, I love ya
And I fear you sometimes
America, you know I
Can be hard to understand
America, please forgive me
I'm only a man

Verse 2
America, have I told ya
How I labor in your fields?
America, I just keep workin'
Doesn't matter how I feel
America, it's been said that
My whole life is in your hands
So, America, if you see me cryin'
Know I'm only a man

Verse 3
America, I wonder
If you remember me
America, you promised
And I've been waitin' patiently
America, it's easy
To get lost in this land
America, can you see me
Cause I'm only a manSee Charley Crockett LiveGet tickets as low as $25
