Intro: Queen Drie
Its Drie
They memories hazy now

Chorus
I had me a vision leading civilians
Pistol is loaded I'm gunning the villains
God on my side I’m one in a million
So I'm just taking dominion
I had me a vision leading civilians
Pistol is loaded I'm gunning the villains
God on my side I’m one in a million
So I'm just taking dominion

Verse 1
No second guessing I do it for y'all
Do it so I can get closer to God
Don't need applause I got the balls
To speak on my faith you can keep the facade
Sometimes I feel like I'm left in the dark
Demons is lurking and bitches is barking
Mission is looking real murky
But fuck it I'm finna embark it
I put all my pain in these verses
I'm steady preaching to the churches
These niggas is riding in porches and these shorties spend it all on they purses
But steady I'm fighting my urges
I bought a zip cause I felt it
Roll it up till it’s gone baby I had to buy another zip man it hurt me
Premonitions on the daily lil baby say Drie, you a make it
Lil body real saucy flow tight you a reign till you 80 sum
I keep my head low I’m nobody's idol but still they got hate for moi
(Yo! I got you anytime fam)
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now

Chorus
I had me a vision leading civilians
Pistol is loaded I’m gunning the villains
God on my side I'm one in a million
So I'm just taking dominion
I had me a vision leading civilians
Pistol is loaded I'm gunning the villains
God on my side I’m one in a million
So I'm just taking dominion

Verse 2
Contradictions don't exist past surface level
When it hurts don't blame the devil
Composition and competition is what makes for a good lil politician
Foot on the pedal, playing heavy metal, live the fast life cause I could never settle
All these niggas rock hard but they pebbles
All these niggas rockstars but they play the kettle
They say you should be taking communion
Ion like taking opinions
I hope my nigga Ghanaian
And we gon make us a billion
Make us a couple of minions
Super talented and brilliant
My babies gon be resilient
I'm gon give em all my millions
How you blowing all them trees but you still broke
How you fight for your chain but don't fight for your soul
I done told y'all take the training wheels off yea
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now

Chorus
I had me a vision leading civilians
Pistol is loaded I'm gunning the villains
God on my side I'm one in a million
So I'm just taking dominion
I had me a vision leading civilians
Pistol is loaded I'm gunning the villains
God on my side I'm one in a million
So I'm just taking dominion
They memories hazy now
They memories hazy now

Queen Drie, a relatively new Hip Hop and Rap artist, started creating music to contribute positively to art and black culture. Her songwriting and performing goal is to motivate and educate people about what it means to be Black and help alter their lives for the better.
Despite having such a set goal, Queen Drie’s music is made for everyone. This is why she self-categorizes it in a genre called “World.” As an artist who was born in Accra, Ghana, and now lives in Chicago, she knows a thing or two about different experiences, and her music reflects that.

Drie’s tracks are calm and refreshing, maintaining a vibe that’spositive yet punchy. Her fans love the sound of her arrangements while also the weight of her lyrics. The fact that there are so many people out there who love Rap with poignant lyrics motivates her to continue writing about real-world experiences.

Drie’s fans can get a taste of what her music’s all about through her song, Homosapien. This song explores and questions the human condition and experience in fresh ways while giving a beat to groove to.
Despite being new in the industry, this artist has performed live at the Summer Jam, hosted by 2wo Offishall, and “A Night with Pablozy,” held by the Nigerian artist Pablozy. While she’seager to get back on stage again, Drie’s currently focusing on developing her craft by exploring new and exciting sounds.
