Verse 1
The water was cold as we plunged in deep
Covered my head, it covered my feet
My heart was racin’ as we floated down toward the falls
With the waves crashin’ over me, they were crashin’ tall

Walkin’ by the roadside, lookin’ for the road sign to you
Trailin’ through the mountains, tryin’ to find what to do
Lookin’ for the right place to be, the right person too
Searchin’ for a home where I’m goin’, where I’ve been
Chorus
Plunge me deeper
I’m divin’ in
Keep me under
Wash me from this sin
I’ll reap what’ comin’
And I’ll reap what’s sown
Well I’ll keep comin’ back
And I’ll keep walkin’ back to my home

Verse 2
The moon shone bright that night at the dock on the lake
Me and my friends with three hours ‘til we wake
Once again we plunged deep in over our heads
Sayin’ every good word there is to be said

The hills they ran steep and you were ridin’ ‘em quick
Cartwheel on the asphalt and your head was bleedin’ thick
It was real nice to meet ya this weekend too bad I gotta go
I’ll see ya on the next month when I’m floatin’ into town

Chorus
Plunge me deeper
I’m divin’ in
Keep me under
Wash me from this sin
I’ll reap what’ comin’
And I’ll reap what’s sown
Well I’ll keep comin’ back
And I’ll keep walkin’ back to my home
My brothers and sisters are callin’ me home
