This broken body I gave to you The blood inside me I lost to you The light you brought me The light a new Ever we found you So strong, and true
Lovers never ❲?❳ Will never ❲?❳ Gone between the ❲?❳ Take me, Druantia Under ❲?❳ ❲?❳ window
Here comes the mother Of all we see Here comes the mother Of all we see Here comes the mother Of all we see, oh
Stars shine, thе moon bright He likes the road up ahеad in the winter The parks are closing Blue sky, the moon bright She likes the road up ahead in the winter The parks are closing Night sky, the moon shine She likes the miles up ahead in the winter The mounts are closing Blue sky, the moon bright She likes the road up ahead in the winter They aren't unfolding I feel the power Of the life force running through me I feel the power Of the nightfall bright blue

The Waeve - Someone Up There {Rose:} A chance to stay too late Within the chaos you create A trauma tries to fucking state {?} We come to deactivate The way to calculate
The Waeve - Over and Over {Rose and Graham:} To learn how to leave When it's over it's over it's over Had the wrong dream Kept us apart and together Yet still we grow
The Waeve - Something Pretty {Graham:} I'm feeling pretty weird got a psychopathic haircut Blue tie red face I'll destroy the human race Goodbye {?} sky whoopee we're all gonna
The Waeve - Kill Me Again {Graham:} Go to the silver moon Find the power that'll see you through Dark afternoon Ecstatic magic night Take me to your brightest sun Hold me
The WAEVE - City Lights {Verse 1} Now your soul belongs to me It'll be alright Out in the darkness, free to fly We'll get some sleep tomorrow And the machine gun words you say
The WAEVE
A collaborative project between Graham Coxon, the guitarist of Blur and Rose Elinor Dougall, ex-Pipettes member. They performed their launch show at the Lexington on May 4th.
They came together after exchanging messages during the lockdown Christmas of 2020. They soon started writing songs before their collaboration “gave rise to an unexpected sonic universe” (Via NME)
They released a statement on Instagram: “The coming together of two musicians, who through working together have formed a new, singular, sonic identity. Themes of oblivion and surrender are juxtaposed with suggestions of hopefulness and light. Against a brutal global backdrop of impending apocalypse and despair, Graham Coxon and Rose Elinor Dougall strove to free themselves through the defiant, blind optimism of making music.”
