Verse 1
When the world starts to show its teeth
And the sky is coming down on me
I’m walking down a dead-end street

(I’m still) Used to living in my head
(I’m still) Counting down the minutes left
(I’m still) Thinking ‘bout the things you said
(You said) That we should just

Chorus
Kill time our whole lives
Make an escape without making a sound
A past life suicide
Those were the days worth living without
(Yeah)
Those were the days worth living without

Verse 2
In the time it takes to wake and see
A life I thought about abandoning
Did you want, did you want to try again?
If it’s the end, it’s the end, yeah

Take a moment, lеt it sink in
Either way the suns exploding
Thеre’s just too many things to think about
I’m busy getting tired of losing count
So we should, we should

Chorus
Kill time our whole lives
Make an escape without making a sound
A past life suicide
Those were the days worth living without
(Yeah)
Those were the days worth living without

Bridge
Kill time (kill time)
Our whole lives (our whole lives)
Make an escape without making a sound
A past life (past life)
Suicide (Suicide)
Those were the days worth living without
(Ohhhh)
Those were the days worth living without
Those were the days worth living without
