Brandon Ratcliff - Sometimes Always Never

Copied!edit Lyrics
original text at lyrnow.com/314705
verse 1
Sometimes i look for your black civic
When i'm driving past
Your church on sunday morning
And i kinda always wanna
Write down "i miss you, love, me"
On a note, stick it underneath
Your wiper blades like i used to

pre-chorus
But i sometimes always never do
Yeah, i sometimes always never do

chorus
Sometimes i'm fine, single's where it's at
But i'm always lying to myself when i say that
I don't miss kicking it with you
Yeah, that's sometimes always never true
Sometimes i hang out with other girls
And i always tell myself to remember
That it's not fair to compare but i do
And they're sometimes always never you, ooh, ooh, ooh

post-chorus
Yeah, yeah, yeah
Yeah, they're sometimes always never you

verse 2
Sometimes i wonder if it's
Just me or lately does
It seem like come over's
Always on the radio?
Hey, shouldn't you probably change it?
So lose memory lane
Tears stay out your rear-view

pre-chorus
But they sometimes always never do
'cause you sometimes always never do
(yeah, yeah, yeah)

chorus
Sometimes i'm fine, single's where it's at
But i'm always lying to myself when i say that
I don't miss kicking it with you
Yeah, that's sometimes always never true
Sometimes i hang out with other girls
And i always tell myself to remember
That it's not fair to compare but i do
And they're sometimes always never you, ooh, ooh, ooh

post-chorus
No, no
Yeah, they're sometimes always never you

bridge
Wish i could be okay
With the way without you feels
But i'm afraid, i'm afraid
That i sometimes always never will

chorus
Sometimes i'm fine, single's where it's at
But i'm always lying to myself when i say that
I don't miss kicking it with you
Yeah, that's sometimes always never true
Sometimes i hang out with other girls
And i always tell myself to remember
That it's not fair to compare but i do
And they're sometimes always never you, ooh, ooh, ooh

post-chorus
Na, na
Yeah, they're sometimes always never you

Biography

edit bio
Brandon Ratcliff is a 24 year old singer-songwriter and artist from Cotton Valley, Louisiana. Son of Suzanne Cox of the legendary Cox Family, he was surrounded by music and began to hone his craft from a very young age. His talents quickly attracted the music business machine in Nashville, but at the age of 20, he decided to turn down a publishing deal and work on his craft….he would not take the quick and easy route. In the process of finding great co-writing partners, he befriended Pete Good (producer and co-writer) and AJ Babcock (co-writer) who would go on to become his closest friends outside of the studio. Together, they honed Ratcliff’s musical talent drawing from country, R&B and classic rock to Ratcliff’s personal inspirations such as Stevie Wonder and John Mayer. Eventually, Grammy-award winning producer Shane McAnally teamed up with them, and the result is a bold, fresh look at the seasons of relationships delivered by an artist with a clear point of view and a distinctive sound.
